Ben was very helpful from the start.  We lived in the house for 22 years so I was not up to date on everything going on.  Ben helped us get a good feel for the value.  He was always responsive when I had questions.  I had a lot at first.  He built my trust level.  I think it is normal to be reserved at first but he demonstrated truthfulness, even when the facts were not what I necessarily wanted to hear.
